Mary McKeen began her career in music and events with Chicago’s iconic venues, Schubas and Lincoln Hall, gaining diverse experience in various roles. She spent nearly a decade with Lettuce Entertain You, contributing to special projects like restaurant openings, such as RPM Italian, and overseeing creative direction and nightlife programming for venues such as SUB 51 and Studio Paris. Mary has also worked with SocialWorks, Chance the Rapper’s nonprofit, supporting arts, education, and mental health initiatives for Chicago’s youth. Currently, she is focused on community building and programming at 16 on Center’s newest venue, The Salt Shed, Chicago’s largest independent music venue.
